INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST AND PREQUALIFICATION OF PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS
Name of Work :- Construction of RCC building to house Project Office cum Transit Accommodation at BARC Site, Bengaluru.
Work Description :- Construction of project office cum transit accommodation which includes a four storied RCC building. Scope of work also includes public health engineering, building electrification including concealed conduiting, cabling with the required type of fixtures, supply and installation of passenger lifts, air conditioning of rooms, telephone, communication systems, fire alarm and fire detection system, supply and installation of diesel generator, solar water heater and other allied works like underground sump, rainwater harvesting, landscaping, paving, boundary wall, car parking etc.
Estimated cost :- Rs 17 crores approx.
Period of Completion :- 24 Months
(V) Eligibility Criteria :- Firms who fulfill the following criteria shall be eligible for purchase of tender documents.
SI.No. :- a
(1) Description :- Work experience. The contractor should have experience of successfully completing similar Works during last 7 years ending March 2012.
Estimated Cost :- Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of cost of work or Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of cost of work or one similar work not less than 80% of cost of work.
(2): Average Annual Financial turnover during last five years ending 31st March 2012 (Not less than):
Estimated Cost :- 50% of the estimated cost
(3) Bank solvency (Not less than)
Estimated Cost :- 40% of the estimated cost
Profit & Loss: Not having incurred any loss in two years or more during last five years ending 31-03-2012
